Health Management
Declaration

March 2021 marks the 10th anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Shiraken believes that the continued physical and mental health of all employees who worked together on the recovery and reconstruction are important, and aims to further maintain and improve the health of employees as well as create a safe work environment. The company has set forth a new management policy where "the company and all employees will come together and be polite, be grateful, and be kind to one another, working together to maintain and improve our health, and thereby creating a workplace where it is possible to improve personal motivation, satisfaction, joy, and extended health life expectancy." The company will continue to place its heart and soul into manufacturing products at hygienic manufacturing facilities under thorough safety and health management, in addition to providing the highest quality kamaboko and the best services that will satisfy customers to match the current era.
